Drive-Thrus

Marketing Team-

Have you quantified the increase in sales from adding drive-thrus to 61 stores. Using the Starbuck's article that one of you gave me Tuesday 3/4/08 I come up with $18,731,247 annually. Does that jive with your thinking/numbers?

Has anyone that about a time line for these (when they will start opening) or a costs for the construction and equipment

HR

I would guess that the addition of Drive-Thrus to 61 stores would affect your payroll.

Greg, I dont think that we dont need to add any. Right now there is 7 full time employees and 2 part time. If there are three CSRs and 1 manager and one shift manager in the store during the morning rush and throughout the be day I think that it could be handled. At the least there will be 1 shift manager and 2 CSRs at all times. I think that this would be fine

A timeline has not been thought of. Based on the Starbucks increase and us adding them to half our stores, the figure looks accurate. I think that beginning to add them in 2009 would be good. We can measure our advertising success in 2008 w/o drive thrus.
